F.HKCC245M3 Oto Korkuluk Çakma Makinesi-Pıle Drıvıng Machıne

Standart ve ağır hizmet oto korkuluk dikmelerinin yol zeminine çakılması işleminde kullanılır.

Otomatik kumanda paneline sahiptir. Römork üzerine kompresör yerleştirilebilir ve tam otomatik olarak kullanımı sağlanır.

Operating Instructions:

1. The Machine works with the compressed air coming through the air compressor.

2. Use air compressor that can provide compressed air 4-5 m3/min. The hammer air consumption is 2,8 m3/min.

3. Air pressure should not exceed 6-7 bar. If it exceeds , the hammer can be damaged.

4. Use 1 inch air hose for the air inlet of the hammer.

5. Clean air hose which attaches the compressor and the Pile Driving hammer by blowing air through.

Then mount it to the oiler. Repeat cleaning process every time when the hose is detached.

6. Do not attach deformed piles to the hammer.

7. Make sure axis of pile and the hammer are aligned.

8. Try to keep driving speed at 15 cm/min. Warning: Speed depends on ground structure and pile type.

9. Control compressor pressure regularly during operation. Pressure must be maximum 6,9 bar (100 PSI)

. Over this pressure machine will be damaged. Trail Parts: Valve Arm: When valve arm is turned to the right

the hammer goes up , when the valve arm is turned to the left the hammer comes down, when the arm is

 positioned in the middle, the hammer stays where it is.

Trail Parts:

Valve Arm: When valve arm is turned to the right , the hammer goes up when the valve arm is turned to

the left the hammer comes down, when the arm is positioned in the middle, the hammer stays where it is.

Oiler: The level of oil in the oiler is checked before using the machine , If it is low, then oil is added to the oiler.

Use one of the following oils if ait temperature is equal or above 10 C. degree.

Mobil Almo Oil No:3

Shell Tonna R Oil .41

BP Energol ME200cc.

ESSO Millcot K-55

Use ESSO Milcot K-50 if the temperature is betwen 2-9 C degree.

Use DEMAG Kilforst if the emperature is below 2 C degree.

This valve controls the air that goes to the hammer.

This arm is used for driving piles on the inclined roads This arm is used in making the boom

vertical to the ground, to be able to drive the pile vertically on the ground.
